I took Nick for his first trip to Lambeau Field on September 7, 2003. We watched, along with the rest of the 70,505 people in attendance, as the Vikings beat the Packers 30-25. Kristine and I will be attending the game on Sunday.

Three steps to victory:

1. Be quick to repent. Change your thinking to always agree with God's Word. God's Word is Truth, therefore it is unchangeable.
2. Be quick to forgive and forget. Forgive others when they wrong you and forgive yourself when you miss the mark. Forget your past mistakes and keep your eyes focused on your eternal goal.
3. Be willing to pay the price. Don't sin, but also lay aside any good thing that is stopping you from fulfilling your God-given assignment.
