Hello,

Nick ended his summer AAU basketball schedule in Indiana last weekend. The Minnesota Fury finished 2-2 in the tournament.

Nick's team finished the season with 2 tournament championships and a nice finish in Indianapolis, losing to 2 of the top 3 teams, including the tournament champions from Canada.

This coming basketball season Nick will begin his 4th season on the Blaine High School coaching staff as head JV coach and assistant varsity coach. The Blaine Bengals are picked by many to win the Northwest Suburban Conference title, win the Sectionals and advance to the Minnesota State Tournament.

Kristine will be the Maid of Honor for a September wedding in Ladysmith, which Robin and I will be officiating.

Roxy is making final preparations for our trip to New York City.

Brett Favre has stirred up the Packer fans in Wisconsin. Some of the fans would like to see him play this season for the Packers. Others would like to see him retire permanently. No Packer fans want to see him playing for the Vikings this season!

Since 1893, the Stanley Cup - in it's varying forms - has stood as the symbol of excellence in the game of ice hockey. For almost as many years the Cup has been a part of countless special places and events off the ice as well. If it could talk, oh the stories it could tell!

For the 4th time in 11 years the Detroit Red Wings are the Stanley Cup Champions.

Thanks to Dave and Mike, the Cup was in our Northwest Wisconsin area on Sunday.

Coach Nick and his AAU basketball team open tournament play Sunday in Indiana. This is the last tournament of the summer.

Hello,

It is another gorgeous summer weekend in Wisconsin. The sun is shining, the temperature is perfect. Not too hot. Not too cold. There is a slight breeze and a lot of happy faces.

Revival has hit Northwest Wisconsin. Unbelievers are being born again. After receiving Jesus as their Lord and personal Saviour, they are being filled with the Holy Spirit. People sick in their bodies are being healed. People are being set free from mental and emotional problems. Blessings and favor are pouring forth on people's finances.

The Holy Spirit is pouring forth and pouring out His goodness and glory, favor and anointing, mercy and grace, upon all people. The God of the Bible is a good God. The God of the Bible is MY God!
