The ex-coach and ex-player, Bill Novak and Don Zierden got together. Don and I have worked many basketball camps together.

The last District Title we won was in 1980. In the championship game the Fighting Saints defeated Viterbo by 2 points in an exciting last minute finish.

Players and fans celebrate the first conference championship in Mount Senario College athletic history. The Saints defeated Concordia of St. Paul to win the 1978 championship. The game was played in St. Paul, Minnesota. The trip home was filled with many great memories.

One of our most favorite trips across the United States was our trip to southern California. Here some members of the team and coaching staff stand outside the famed Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.
The last season I coached at Mount Senario was 1980-81. This was a young and talented team that played 8 overtime games that year, winning 7 of them. The team was led by #51, Randy Mudgett.

Hello,

Even though today in Ladysmith, Wisconsin is dark, rainy and dreary, the people and families of The Spoken Word Church are looking forward to a great week of revival. We have a special praise and worship service on Friday night, sponsored by the Women of the Word. The service begins at 7:00 pm. Everyone is invited.

Shalom,

Bill
